Sign in with PIN and optional face
Operators use your company’s keypad link and a six-digit PIN. When you turn on facial recognition, they also complete a quick live face check against the photo on their profile. Facial recognition is an admin setting in SiteRoll — you can switch it on or off for your company whenever you want.
How we protect access
SiteRoll runs over HTTPS, uses industry-standard sign-in (Firebase Authentication), and checks PINs on the server with rate limits and lockouts. Company access is isolated by tenant (your BID), roles decide who can see what, and sign-in events can be recorded for audit. You configure PIN and face rules to match how strict you want to be.
Where your data is stored
Your operational data lives in managed cloud databases (Google Cloud / Firebase) with encryption in transit. Each company’s records are kept under that company’s tenant; only people you invite, with the roles you set, can reach admin or operator views for that business. Deleting your SiteRoll company account permanently removes that organisation’s stored data; contact support if you want a full deletion or export before you close.
